Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (this "EULA") are a binding agreement between you and Internet Friends Group, LLC (the "Developer," "we," "us," or "our") for the SportMath application (the "Licensed Application"). By downloading, installing, or using SportMath, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Apple is not a party to this EULA. This EULA is between you and the Developer only, not Apple Inc. or its affiliates. The rules in the Licensed Application may not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions effective on the date you accept this EULA, which you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review.

2. Licensed Application; Apple App Store

The following provisions are included to satisfy Apple's requirements for end-user license agreements for apps distributed through the Apple App Store, consistent with the minimum terms published by Apple.

  • Scope of license. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Developer grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
  • Maintenance and support. The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the Licensed Application, as set out in this EULA or as required by applicable law. You and the Developer acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the Licensed Application.
  • Warranty; Apple as distributor.The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility. Disclaimers elsewhere in this EULA apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Product and regulatory claims.The Developer and you acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the Licensed Application's use of the HealthKit or HomeKit frameworks (if applicable). This EULA may not limit the Developer's liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
  • Third-party intellectual property.In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
  • Legal compliance and export.You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-party services and agreements. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application (for example, your wireless data or carrier agreement, or terms of third-party data or AI services integrated into SportMath where those terms apply to your use).
  • Third-party beneficiary (Apple).You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

3. Description of Service

SportMath is a fantasy sports analysis tool that provides AI-generated insights, player statistics, and pick recommendations for entertainment and informational purposes only. SportMath is not a gambling or betting platform and does not facilitate, place, or accept wagers.

Early access:SportMath is in active development and may include experimental features, occasional bugs, or changes to functionality without notice. We're continuously improving the product based on user feedback.

4. Not Gambling Advice

SportMath provides fantasy sports analysis for entertainment and informational purposes only. Our analyses, recommendations, and insights are not gambling advice, betting tips, or financial advice. We do not encourage, facilitate, or endorse gambling or wagering of any kind. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions.

5. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use SportMath.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free Tier: Includes up to 5 analyses per day.
  • Pro Subscription: $4.99/week with a 3-day free trial. Includes 50 analyses per day and access to the AI chat assistant.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Scrape, collect, or harvest data from the app
  • Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SportMath — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Internet Friends Group, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. AI-Generated Content

SportMath uses third-party large language models to generate analysis, lineup grades, deep-dive commentary, and chat responses. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. Statistical context provided by AI may not reflect injuries, lineup changes, or last-minute factors. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for any decision.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

SportMath is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as described in section 2 above in connection with the Apple App Store. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or recommendation. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable and past performance does not guarantee future results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internet Friends Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app, subject to section 2 and applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SportMath at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Your continued use of SportMath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
